Adorngrid is operated and managed by Teemo Mogu Inc. This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased through the Adorngrid official website (www.adorngrid.com). As the operating entity, Teemo Mogu Inc has full authority over the review, processing, and execution of all return and exchange requests, including refund disbursements. We understand that online shopping does not allow you to try on or feel the garments in person as you would in a physical store. Therefore, we have established a clear, fair, and actionable return and exchange policy to protect your shopping rights.

I. Return and Exchange Conditions

We accept return and exchange requests that meet all of the following conditions:

1. Application Timeline: You must submit your return or exchange request within 30 calendar days of receiving your package (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation). Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, care labels, spare buttons, accessories, and trims intact and attached to the garment. Items that have been worn, washed, carry odors (such as perfume, smoke, or perspiration), or show visible signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Original Packaging: Merchandise must be returned along with the original shipping packaging (including branded garment bags, dust bags, boxes, etc.). Missing or severely damaged packaging may delay the processing of your return or exchange.

4. Quality Defect Assessment: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (such as fabric flaws, loose seams, broken zippers, etc.), please submit clear photos and a detailed written description to us at customer@adorngrid.com. The after-sales team at Teemo Mogu Inc will make a professional determination based on the information you provide. If a quality issue is confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange.

5. Size or Style Dissatisfaction: If the item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you are also welcome to submit a return or exchange request within 30 days. However, for non-quality-related returns and exchanges, the return shipping costs must be borne by you. We recommend that you complete the return process before placing a new order for a different size, to ensure inventory availability.

II. Exchange Process

To request an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color of the same style), please follow these steps:

1. Submit Request: Initiate an exchange request through the order management page on our official website, or send an email to customer@adorngrid.com. Please clearly state your order number, the specific style you wish to exchange, and the desired size and color.

2. Obtain Authorization: The after-sales team at Teemo Mogu Inc will review your request within 2 business days and send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with the detailed return shipping address via email.

3. Ship Back the Item: Securely pack the item (with all tags and original packaging intact) and include your order information or RMA number. Ship the package back to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method.

4. Exchange Shipment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the exchange item within 3 business days. The outbound shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by Adorngrid (standard shipping within the same country/region only). If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method or you may need to pay the difference.

III. Return Process (for Refund)

To request a return (i.e., a refund), please follow these clear steps:

1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account, select the applicable order from your order history, and initiate a return request. Alternatively, send an email to customer@adorngrid.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Await Approval: The customer service team at Teemo Mogu Inc will review your request within 2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number and the return shipping address via email. Please do not ship your item back before receiving authorization—unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Secure Packaging and Shipping: Place the item, along with all original tags, labels, and packaging materials, into a sturdy outer box. Ship the package using a traceable mailing method. We recommend that you insure the package or require a delivery signature, as Adorngrid and Teemo Mogu Inc are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return package (typically within 3 business days), we will notify you of the refund result via email. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider's processing speed, generally 5–10 business days. Standard shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a quality issue).

IV. Important Notes

• All return and exchange requests must be formally submitted through the official website or via customer@adorngrid.com. We do not accept offline or verbal applications.

• Please ensure that the item you return matches the information in your request exactly. Returning incorrect items, missing accessories, or incomplete tags may result in the rejection or delayed processing of your request.

• International Orders: For orders placed with international shipping, return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred are your responsibility. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the shipping and customs regulations from your location to the United States beforehand.

• Teemo Mogu Inc reserves the right of final interpretation regarding the condition of returned merchandise. If returned items are found not to meet the conditions outlined in this policy upon inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item back to you (with return shipping costs borne by you), or to deduct a partial amount from your refund to cover the depreciation in value.

• We reserve the right to update this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately. The policy version in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.

• For written correspondence or formal document exchanges related to returns and exchanges, please refer to the official registered address of Teemo Mogu Inc (as shown in the address section below). All mail sent to this address will be deemed validly delivered.
