As the parent company and operating entity behind Adorngrid, Teemo Mogu Inc assumes full responsibility for all shipping-related operational functions, including order processing, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination. The two entities operate under the same corporate structure, with Adorngrid as the brand and Teemo Mogu Inc as the operating company. All orders placed through the Adorngrid official website (www.adorngrid.com) are received, picked, packed, and handed over to logistics carriers for global delivery by Teemo Mogu Inc. We understand that shipping is a vital part of your shopping experience, which is why we have established this Shipping Policy to provide you with clear and transparent information regarding timelines, costs, and procedures—from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

I. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

1. Order Confirmation: After you successfully place an order and complete payment through our official website, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of the items purchased. This indicates that your order has been received by our system and has entered our processing queue.

2. Processing Time: All orders will be picked, quality-checked, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Processing time begins on the day following order confirmation (based on the time payment was successfully completed). Weekends and statutory holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Dispatch Notification: Once your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and the carrier's name. You may use this tracking number on the carrier's official website to monitor your package's transit status in real time.

4. Processing Delays: During promotional peak periods, holidays, or in the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather, carrier system failures, etc.), processing times may be slightly extended. II. Shipping Methods

Adorngrid partners with multiple internationally recognized logistics carriers to provide reliable, trackable global delivery services. The specific carrier assigned to your order will be determined by the system based on your shipping address, order weight, and delivery region. You will be informed of the actual carrier and tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.

• Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped by default using Standard Shipping. This service includes a full tracking number, allowing you to check your package's location at any time through the carrier's official website or third-party tracking platforms. Standard Shipping does not include expedited or priority handling services and is suitable for most orders where urgent receipt is not required.

• Free Shipping: For orders that qualify for free shipping, the shipping method remains Standard Shipping—the same tracking and delivery network applies, with only the shipping fee waived. Free shipping does not upgrade your order to a faster shipping service, nor does it provide any additional priority handling benefits.

III. Shipping Time (Delivery Estimates)

Shipping time is calculated from the date your order is dispatched (i.e., when the package is picked up by the logistics carrier). Actual delivery time varies by destination. The following are estimated delivery times for major regions. Please note that actual delivery may be affected by local customs clearance, holidays, and force majeure events. • Australia and New Zealand: Typically 6–12 business days

All above timeframes are estimates and actual delivery is subject to the carrier's performance. We recommend that you allow sufficient shipping time when placing your order, especially during holiday seasons or peak shopping periods.

IV. Shipping Rates (Global Unified Rules)

Adorngrid applies a unified and transparent shipping rate structure for all destinations worldwide. Shipping fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, with no additional action required on your part.

• Standard Shipping Rule: For orders with a total amount (excluding taxes and additional surcharges) between 0.01 USD and 79.99 USD, a flat shipping fee of 8.00 USD will be charged. This fee covers packaging materials, warehousing, picking, and carrier delivery costs.

• Free Shipping Rule: When your order total (excluding taxes and additional surcharges) reaches or exceeds 80.00 USD, you will automatically qualify for free shipping, with the shipping fee reduced to 0.00 USD. The free shipping threshold is calculated on a per-order basis and cannot be combined across multiple orders. If any discount codes or promotional offers are applied at checkout, eligibility for free shipping will be determined based on the final discounted merchandise amount.

• Taxes and Other Charges: Shipping fees do not include any import duties, value-added taxes, consumption taxes, or other charges that may be levied by the customs authority of the destination country. For international orders, additional taxes and fees may be incurred upon customs clearance; these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Adorngrid or Teemo Mogu Inc. V. Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please carefully verify the completeness and accuracy of your shipping address (including street number, floor, postal code, recipient name, and contact phone number) when placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered, is returned, or incurs additional forwarding costs due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the related expenses and liability shall be borne by you. • Refused or Returned Packages: If you refuse delivery of your package for personal reasons, or if the package is returned to our warehouse due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, the return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund. The refund amount will be the merchandise value minus the shipping fees already incurred and the return costs.

• Policy Updates: Teemo Mogu Inc reserves the right to revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately. The Shipping Policy version in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
